Refund Policy

  • All prices are in Australian dollars. Prices shown on the product page is excluding GST, but it would be added at the time of checkout. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The full payment for your order is deducted from your credit card on completion of your order. Delivery will commence once payment has been processed/validated. We accept payment by any Credit Card or Debit Card.
  • Almost all goods offered for sale subject to available stock. If an item is out of stock in our warehouse, then it would take around 2-3 weeks for the goods to be in stock. This is because all the goods are manufactured and supplied from overseas. So before ordering your items please email us on info@pouchdirect.com.au and confirm if the items are in stock at our warehouse.
  • Once you submit an order, you cannot cancel it.
  • We use all reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within 4-5 business days of the purchase date. Items which are in stock in our warehouse should arrive within 3-6 business days after dispatch depending on the destination. It is your responsibility to inform us promptly if an order does not arrive either by emailing info@pouchdirect.net.au or calling +61 452560567. Once we learn an order has not arrived within a reasonable period we will lodge an enquiry with the courier and advise you of any issues that are discovered.
  • We are not liable for any late delivery or non-delivery and the late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order.
  • If you are not sure about the size or color from the picture, do not hesitate to ask for samples so that you can fill your product inside and check the accurate size for your product.
  • The product size or dimensions may vary from 5mm - 20mm in some products then the actual size shown on the product page. Our sizes are mentioned in all the products are including the sealing area.
  • Once the goods are ordered we cannot cancel the order or exchange. There is no refund or exchange policy.
